Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all merchandise within 30 days of purchase (excluding “final sale” or “as is” merchandise, gift cards [except where required by law] and gift boxes). Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, or the purchase date and amount must be verified in our system. Customer identification may be required solely for fraud prevention purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason. If we choose to issue a refund or exchange without proof of purchase, we will base the return on the lowest historical selling price of the item (taking into account all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (such as as part of a qualifying purchase) and any fees that may have been applied coupon.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, but gift receipt returns may provide merchandise credit. If you used multiple payment methods, refunds will be made in the following order (if applicable): (i) Merchant Card/Gift Card; (ii) Credit Card; (iii) Check; (iv) Cash. If your original purchase was by check, you can choose to receive a merchandise card, or the check will be mailed within 30 days of return.

Returned merchandise must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition. We do not accept returns on items that have been dirty or washed. Under our Risk-Free Product Guarantee, products purchased at full price may be returned for any reason, even if they have been washed or worn. If we choose to issue a refund without the original ticket, the refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise card. Items purchased at outlet stores may only be returned at such locations. Items purchased at a full-price store or on a full-price website may only be returned at such locations. Purchases must be returned in the country of original purchase. Products purchased online through laptoprealtor.com can only be returned online. Shipping and handling charges (if any) on your purchase are non-refundable. Items purchased at airport or cruise ship locations may only be returned at the original location; these locations cannot accept returns from our other stores or websites.
